== tl;dr ==
Tom slowly loses the fight against going insanity. Demons attack.

== Synopsis ==
Tom wakes in another fancier guest room having been healed.  Erille survived and her sister as well thanks to her warning the guards.

Tom kneels before the Blighted King who asks how Tom managed to kill the Demons. Tom displays his [Sleight of Hand] and [Trick Space] that he used to steal the sword and Nereshal mentions that it's a similar skill to what the Fool has. The Blighted King invites Tom to join them in the garden later.

In the garden Tom talks to the nobles as they debate over retaliating against the demons by hiring [Assassins] from other continents and their suggestions for Tom's rewards. The Princesses arrive and Erille thanks Tom.

Tom returns to his room and begins talking to his other self in the mirror telling him that he's won. The other Tom tells him that he's left him a little present and Tom returns to the banquet not hearing the voice. Tom joins the Americans at the table but when they look up Cynthia screams at his appearance. Tom has his clown makeup and costume on and realises he wasn't in control.

An injured guard enters the banquet hall shouting that the demons are attacking.
