The Third Mind is clinical and speaks in a collective, royal 'we'. It sees itself as superior to ordinary Selphids. It is willing to do whatever it feels is necessary to cure the Wasting and save its people. It has no reluctance manipulating the thoughts of a non-selphid like Geneva to further its ends.
